Tangent International are currently seeking a Network Design and optimisation Engineer for a long term contract based in the Middle East. Candidate requires: RU10 HSPA and I-HSPA strategy recommendation and implementation with features Working experience with Optimizer tool Excellent presentation and reporting skills Parameter recommendation to improve network KPIs Strong troubleshooting skills on all network elements including transmission, CS core, PS core and IP I am ideally looking for a candidate who can be available in 2 weeks.
