1. At least 5 years of experience in 3G/2G Planning & Optimization.
2. GPRS/HSDPA/HSUPA optimization experience
3. Familiar with Huawei 2G/3G features and parameters
4. Knowledge of Huawei GSM/UMTS troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization tools such as M2000, LMT, Nastar and Genex products.
