I have an urgent requirement for a 6 month contract opportunity for my client, based in the South West for a Security Network Engineer with experience of working with; McAfee Enterprise, Sidewinder, Watchguard X5000/X5500E and email such as Mail Marshall/Iron Port and Anti Virus/Spyware software, Encryption software devices, such as X-Kryptor/AEP. Knowledge of one or more; ITIL, Snort Active Scout IPS, TCP/IP, DNS, BloXX/Web Marshall and Radius sign-on infrastructure. This contract is to assume day to day responsibility for the implementation, management and administration of appropriate levels of security on IT networks. Defining IT Network Security and implementing Firewall technologies.
